Fairway & Green maintenance
Not bad but could be better.
Caddy Service & knowledge
Caddies are mostly local villagers with warm attitude. Informative and helpful.
Course Design
The Par 71 course is built on a rugged mountainous terrain. Features great change of elevation, tight landing area (some are fearsome narrow require arrow straight driving shot), dogleg holes with blind approach shot, semi island green, short and long fairways, a reachable par 4. Blue tee is consider a bit short to modern standard – less than 6,200 yards. only a couple of Par 4 exceeds 400 yards. Two out of three Par 5s are measure slightly over 450 yards which are reachable in theory (If you dare and confident). Bunkers and water hazards only play a small part of defense here. Medium size greens and gentle contour in general.

007’s Rating
Very demanding course, an off track shot which mean you can quickly reload. Some holes are consider to be too harsh. Blue tee is not long and most of the time, you can keep the driver in the bag. Bring more balls is a must.
Setting is nice. A couple of Jialing River view but didn’t earn much credit as construction site on the river can be easily seen. which also turn the river to muddy type. The surrounding is mature though some villas can be seen. If more effort can be made on gardening as well as on course facilities maintanence, it will be a lot better. (feel quite messy on the first glance)
