Club Facilities & Service
The clubhouse consider to be quite big and spacious. Right of the lobby, there you’ll see the reception. And to the left, there is a proshop. Restaurant is on the second floor. Changing room and starter are on the basement.
Fairway & Green maintenance
Above average, no complaint!!
Course Design
Played the D, E course. D course is built on a high ground with plenty of elevation . Carry distance is also required. The course also featured with plenty of dogleg holes, less water. E course is comparitively less up and down as it is built inside a valley. You will see more and bigger bunkers here. Also not much water can be found. Most fairways are forgiving. Some greens are quite tricky but most are not too difficult to handle.

007’s Rating
Before I teeoff, I checked the scorecard and was frightened by the long blue tee, exceeds 6800 yards. Just about drop back to the white, hangon!5800 yards, a bit short for men’s tee. What a huge gap!My ego pushed me back to the blue though I know it’s too harsh for my standard. Surprisingly, the distance mark on the scorecard is not entirely right. Perhaps the club made some changes lately but didnt amend the scorecard. Indeed, It only plays around 6400 yards from the blue.
With no doubt, these two courses are well designed by the legends – Arnold and Jack!My all time favourite idols : ) It’s fair and interesting. But for first time play, judging the distance became a headache. And most of the time, I can only get some hints from the front group. (Could be misleading : P ).
The condition is well mantained. Superb scenery, especially the D, natural and wild!E has been affected by some villas, having said that, it’s still not bad.
Clubhouse is a bit worn out and it’s time to renovate, I reckon.
The hotel(1, 2, 3, 4) next to it is unexpectedly great. New, trendy & comfortable. I was also impressed by their nice and spacious rooms. Not a bad idea to stay at.
Overall, a very nice course, Eagle 。04/07
