If you are buying new one, better buy from the brand’s official site, golfsmith, etc. Japan’s rakuten (golbal.rakuten.com/en/) is not too bad also. It has various shaft selections.

I have not tried eBay but some of my golf buddies did buy few items before, they told us mostly are ok and at good price, but one said the putter he brought looks and feels a little fake but he is not too sure, so be careful to buy from good vendors. Happy shopping.
