It is sad but it also means that the labour cost is much cheaper than any other ways.
This is very common in the driving range (of Manila). It’s part of the service when you hire one of the driving bays. Teeing girls / boys (mostly girls) are included but you can opt not to have them. That’s normally what I do.

Didn’t read your first post but I presume you played Villamor Golf course – a very public golf course and not fully well maintained as that of the private courses. Now I understand why you had this negative comment. I am sure had you played one of the private courses you would come with a more positive comment.
