Saw this new DR coming up at Sai Kung (near the Lions Nature Education Centre), the net is not up but looks like it will ready soon, anyone has more information?? 🙄 😀 😆

according to mpfinance.com, it is a holiday campus with driving range, tennis court and holiday resorts. I was also told that it will be in operation next year. It targets upscale market and will use “high’ grade range balls. Don’t know if it provides solely hourly rental of the driving range.

It definitely looks like a ‘driving range’ with those net poles position set up like a cage.

新世界發展位於西貢一個興建中的高爾夫球及網球場度假村項目，近日被揭發在鄰近北港村的屋前地底，疑似興建了一個9米深的儲糞池，村民擔心衞生問題，怒轟新世界「你享受，屎塔就我哋受，乜道理？」

新世界發展興建的高爾夫球及網球場度假村，位於西貢北港村南面，佔地約82萬平方呎，項目附帶住宿設施，總樓面約32.3萬平方呎，屬類近旅遊的項目，城規會規定項目包括別墅不可拆售。記者上周四到場視察，仍未完工。

It is good news having a new DR, hope it will be opened for public to use at a reasonable cost. 🙂 😯

ps. Our birthday game is confirmed on Sept 9 at Phoenix Hill Golf Club, as usual, we will have lots of wonderful games & prizes, more details will be posted next week. 😀 😆 😛
