最近都有這情況出現，但似個別因為亦有朋友話正常，依家主要係自駕中港車在出關時為主，入境同坐皇巴、火車暫時都冇聽到有問題。

高鐵車卡前後都有位放行李但空間唔算大，只有約1米闊X2米長左右，可以在上車時放低，我多次都係平日坐所以唔多人，而且見到多數乘客都將手提小行李放在坐位上的空間，繁忙時間同大假期冇坐過所以唔肯定夠唔夠位放。

我試過幾次暫時都冇問題，去打波都幾方便?，我諗如果避開高峰期或大假期同繁忙時間應該唔會有太多限制。
另外最好預早買定飛，去到現場分分鐘冇飛賣。?

Thanks for bringing the topic, I think it is good to discuss and have more opinions on the matter.
I agree to the latter part of your post, I think opening up the empty tee time for non-members to book and play is a good idea, and can be discussed and considered.
However, I don’t agree with the first part as losing any or part of golf course such as HKGC will have a major negative impact on available tee time for golfers, clubs in Hong Kong, as well as neighbouring clubs in China will most likely increase their green fee & membership fee, slow play and poorer course maintenance due to increased demand as the current 120,000 rounds played there will be forced to play elsewhere, making harder for general golfers to play.
Also, I believe the utilization rate of below 70% (is this figure from the club?) is mostly due to the summer low season as to my personal experience, from Oct to April, tee time is very hard to obtain.

4月13-17考慮緊同幾位球友去華欣玩5天打幾場波, 順道抽個下午去參觀下當地的物業作投資或退休用：
暫定行程:
四晚華欣Novotel Hua Hin Cha Am Beach Resort & Spa 兩人一房住宿
四場波落機先把附近的Muang Kaew, 然後前往華欣入住，之後打華欣Banyan, Black mountain同Springfield.包泰航來回經濟艙機票，四場波的果嶺費，五日的交通接送，4晚住宿+早餐及司機小費。
價格：HKD 8990/位，有銀聯鑽石卡可減HKD 720/位；
四晚單人房附加費共：HKD 1400/位；機場稅 HKD 454/位；另自付球會四場球的球童及球車約 HKD1080/位。
想加打或只打3場就多除少補。

Just played yesterday, the greens were nice, fast with good roll, fairways just finished aireation, should recover within few more days, overall much improved condition now.

The one in Sai Kung? It is a private club, need to be a member to go and play there for the time being.

Not sure if the prize there will be cheaper than HK as we dont have import tax. Also, the shaft flex will be stiffer there as we should have asian spec.

It is good news having a new DR, hope it will be opened for public to use at a reasonable cost. 🙂 😯
